• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Local Delivery (UAE): Delivery within 1–3 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

• Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide a photo/video for quick verification.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
